Roy is stuck in traffic. Literally, and figuratively.
I like the title of this one. Roy is easy enough to like, too. He is complacent, and dull, and pragmatic. And at first I got the notion that he might never amount to anything, and that would be OK, because I liked him - like I said. But Roy, out of character I thought, takes matters into his own hands and does what will be, perhaps, the only righteous deed of his life. (I won't spoil the fun for you, you'll have to read it.)
This story moves fast, so I recommend not to skip any lines. For my tastes, it was a bit too fast, and maybe helter-skelter. But it has its charm. One point of criticism - as I have seen before in other stories, and commented on, the author decides to sum up his story in the last paragraph. This is unnecessary. Give readers their due.
