Tomb
I'm not quite fond of Edgar Allen Poe, but after reading this claustrophobic (spelling?:) tale, I have changed my mind!
The story tells of a drunk man who has been encased inside a.....tomb :) by another insane man. He frets about how he will get out and how will he? and what will happen? etc., etc.
He speaks to this loon as he builds up the brick wall which will shut him off from the rest of outside life. Their conversation reeks of Poe and the story closes as the nutcase, who is one sandwhich short the picnic, :) lays the last brick.....the cold is 'abating.'
Unfortunatley, not worthy of a quill as it left so things out. I liked the idea, BUT; How and why did the man get into this tomb? Who is the lunatic that is sealing him inside it? Maybe if these questions were answered this story would be longer and more worthy to obtain the almighty quill.
