This story is about two ordinary guys who deal a bit in drugs on the side to make ends meet. One day while on a run everything starts to go wrong and Bill starts to wonder if it is all worth it. They go through watching their speed, a flat tire and then sensing Feds in the area. At the end, they leave without selling their stash to a master drug buyer/seller and watch him on the news as he gets busted later that evening. This story moves quickly, the dialogue realistic but the ending is too predictable.
On a side note, the teller of the story has no name that I can find through this work but someone named "Jim" creeps in mysteriously towards the end. ("What the. . ." Bill started, but the angry howl of a siren cut short his words. I looked behind me and noticed a cop I didnt see a second ago. I swear, I looked. I pulled over, taking a deep breath to pull myself together. Jim looked like he was going to have a stroke.)
