The President
ur story opens in the year (1963) November 16
although, I am not from that year, I live in the year 2067.
All the history books of our period,talk about a great man! His name is
"John F Kennedy".
I have made it my mission,to go back to the year (1963) and try to warn the president of the assasination attempt to be made on his life! In the year 2067 time travell is science - fact not science - fiction!
The year is 1963 and I have just arrived! My instincts tell me that I must head for Washington, I must find a place called the white house. I beleive this to be the home of the president. Upon arriving at Washington, I head to the police station and explain to the policeman in charge that I have come from the future,and that I know of a plot to kill the President. I was immediately thrown into a cell,or as they refered to it (the loony bin)! After 24 hours they released me, thinking me to be just a harmless nut case.
I knew what I had to do! I must go to the newspapers, when I arrived I spoke to one of the reporters. I told him my story, I dont think he beleived me for one second,but he was intrigued by the story, as it unravelled before him. There were things that I could tell him that bore out some truth,I explained that a man called Lee Harvey Oswald, would assasinate the President at exactly 12.30pm Friday 22nd. He would fire 3 shots from the sixth floor of the depository building in downtown Dallas. I explained this would happen as the open motorcade past the building,two of the three shots would hit the president.one hitting him in the neck, and the other hitting him in the head fately wounding him. I went on to explain that the gun would be brought by mail order! and urged him to ckeck it out, I also went on to explain they after Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested,two days latter he would be assasinated by jack ruby.
The reporter looked into the story and found out that Lee Harvey Oswald,and Jack Ruby did exist but instead of helping me ,he turned the infirmation over to the FBI and national security ! Two days later, I was arrested, after the President was gunned down,and charged with murder, along with Lee Harvey Oswald. two days after that we were both shot while being transfered to another prison.
The man who fired the gun! (Jack Ruby)!
