This little tale is very entertaining and quite fun to read.

The humour does sound forced at times and though slap stick, in your face humour is very subjective most of this works. It could work better if the main characters motivations were stronger and his character just as strange as the other SF-Con groupies.

The opening scene is good but I would liked to have seen a better reaction here also.

Nice writing overall. (sorry about the nice but it's the best word I have at the moment) and worthy the few minutes it takes to read. Not really an SF story, more a general story set at an SF-Con so this could start a new genre. "Sheer Bloody Madness"
